Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot (due to international laws or patent protections) be shipped to international destinations and we will indicate as such in the product description.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart.

Delivery Time

The delivery time varies according to the shipping method selected, destination, and season. Items are shipped from Singapore, and from our experience, will take about one to two weeks for delivery to a USA or European address. Packages may also be delayed further at times due to circumstances beyond our control in the postal system.

We are not able to predict exactly when a package will arrive as the delivery time is dependent on many factors, such as the efficiency of the postal system in the various countries.

All packages to Singapore destinations will be shipped via Registered mail.

Returns and Exchanges

• Within 7 days of receipt of goods if you intend to return/exchange.
• Please include the invoice in your return package, marking the items that you would like a refund for.
• Items must be unused and in the original brand-new condition.
• Refunds will be rejected for damaged goods. These goods will simply be discarded.
• Shipping charges are not covered by the refund policy. Cost such as postage, packaging material, logistics and packing services were incurred in the shipment of the package and all these consitute to the shipping charges.
• If the order was shipped under a free shipping promotion, a US$5 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.

• Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock and the replacement item will be dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of returned item. All shipping charges (for return and reshipping) and a nominal handling charge will be bore by the customer.
• For exchanges, the exchange items will be mailed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned item, subject to the availability of stock. All shipping charges (for return and reshipping) will be bore by the customer.
